The Church consists of all those who believe and receive the Lord Jesus Christ. That He is the Head of the Body (the church) and that His work is done throughout the ministries of the church based on the spiritual gifts He gives. According to Eph 4: 11, we believe that Jesus gave gifts to men (‘anthropos’ – mankind) some apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the perfecting of the saints. We also believe that the Holy Spirit gives gifts severally to whom He will (1 Cor 12) and in the last days God pours out His Spirit upon all flesh. (Joel 2). We believe that the local church is a body of believes who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer. for fellowship and sharing in the communion of Christ’s shed blood and broken body. Here we carry out the great commission to make disciples from all nations, baptizing and teaching them whatsoever Christ commanded.
